Operating out of Englewood Florida we are your panelization pros! If your project is steel or aluminum, it will be laser cut and panelized to allow the most accurate measurements and a strong well-built area. We have helped work to bring SWFL back from Hurricane Ian one project at a time!
How we work

Send us an email with your information and project information. We will be interested in your time frame to complete the project as well as project measurements and if your Engineering has been completed. What to expect:

You email us with your information and project.

We will get back with you to gather all the needed information to understand your project and be able to provide an estimate of the cost.

When you approve your project estimate we will send you a contract to read and sign that is mutually beneficial.

Once the contract has been signed your project will go into drawing, the drawing is then submitted for Engineering. Engineering is needed to start the permit process within your county.

The county will determine how long this portion of the process will take.

Once the permit is approved by the county we will schedule your project for manufacturing, assembly and erection.

At the completion of your project we will review any questions or concerns you may have and then leave you to enjoy your new area!
Products
Florida Speciality Structures manufactures five different roofing / siding panels, a standard and custom trims. We also offer a full line of accessories including butyl tapes, screws, foam closures, ridge vents.

Florida Speciality Structures is a locally-owned and operated company. This cuts out long delays and order cut off days, and also makes for quicker turnaround time, making your metal roofing/siding projects a breeze.

Team Members
Shaun and Keri are a husband-and-wife team living in SWFL with two kids. Shaun has more than 30 years of experience handling different types of metals. Keri has a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Niagara University in Niagara Falls NY. Together Shaun and Keri focus on quality of work and providing the best customer service.
